excellent delivery services and good quality

Excellent service, excellent quality, fits perfectly, highly recommended.

I ordered a pair of shorts,received an email confirming receipt of order then 3days later received another 2 emails saying my order had been cancelled without any reason being given and still haven't received reason

The jacket is a bit smaller than expected, not the same as my previous one of the same size! It will be ok, but a bit disappointed.

I bought this jacket in 1994 and again in 2022.... Massive upgrade to the hood and pockets , it's a different colour of green this time, but better and only 15 bucks more expensive....Great Quality!

Absolutely thrilled with my new fleece, excellent quality and a flattering design. Love it and the blue colour is fab.

Quick postage and free which was good. Shorts were a little small for the stated size. Probably one size down from what they should be listed as.

Delivered on time with no problems whatsoever

I needed to replace a Berghaus jacket that I had owned for over 20 years - purchased when I lived in the North East. There was a slight aesthetic problem with an inner lining on the waterproof hood.
I searched many retail outlets and the internet and couldn’t find another manufacturer that had lightweight waterproof jackets that were interactive with fleeces, and had a fold-away hood.
As Berghaus were unable to repair my original jacket they offered me a generous discount on a replacement.
Thank you Berghaus - spectacular customer service and amazing products. I probably won’t need to ever buy another jacket but I am actually quite proud to have been a loyal customer (if you can say that 1 jacket every 20 years is brand loyalty).

Average communication on the status of my order. Money not taken until 4 days after I placed my order, then sat there waiting for a few more days there after waiting to know the status of my order
